Tragedy

Prompt:
This project involves designing a 3D character called a "Dodger." The character must include a body, head, and teeth while incorporating primary image references to create distinct elements: a head accessory (such as a hat or helmet), large feet or shoes, two recognizable handheld props, and a projectile that will be launched at the character from off-screen.

Brief:
I drew inspiration from the character "King" from the Disney movie Cars. That rustic cowboy feel perfectly captured the personality I wanted for my Dodger. I took inspiration from well-known brands and gave them a humorous twist—KFC became "KFF" (Kentucky Fried Fish), and Goodyear transformed into "Bad Day." This driver is accompanied by his safety helmet and his newly won trophy. However, this cocky NASCAR champion while celebrating his glorious win, meets his ultimate enemy... a tire. A few tires somehow get loose and wreak havoc, with only one person standing in their way.
